good morning doctor. my daughter from 3days not eating anything even if she eat she ll vomit immediately. today for breakfast i gave 1 dosa now she is getting stomach pain I don't know what is the reason can u suggest me medicine please

A. good morning it can be infection so you need to visit the doctor who can diagnose correctly after examination meanwhile give easy to digest freshly prepared home food avoid milk but curd can be given keep child well hydrated
