Good morning doctor, my baby suffering from cold, got ear pain and fever, she is of 11kgs weight now. day by day shez becoming lean and energy less. how to make her active? consulted doctor and giving her medicine. she is not taking food properly.always she drinks water now. please do suggest. my baby boy also suffering from cold and cough.hez of 1year old.

Baby is having cold cough and fever then it can be due to viral infection you need to give him steam inhalation indirectly to times in the day and also keep him well hydrated .consult with your doctor near by who will examine the baby and guide you with appropriate medications in their proper dose.
Viral fever can last from 3-5 days so you need to to give the prescribed medications for this duration at least and if it is persistent beyond you need to go for the investigation as per the advice of the doctor
