good morning doctor my baby boy is 32days old now He is passing stools once in 6 days..no difficulty in passing stools though.. consistency is liquid..passing flatus freely..only thing is he is passing stools once in 6 days..Is it normal?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Constipation in Babies less than 6 months is very common and more in formula fed babies. you can give bonnisan drops and some enzyme preparatfeions in proper dose suggested by doctor f and cow's milk should be avoided before 1 year of age

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. good morning definitely the child should be able to pass motion at least once in four days I will recommend you to put a few drops of oil in the rectum of the child everyday to make sure that the baby is able to pass motion
