A. constipation is commonly seen in children in which diet modification needs to be done like including high fibres in the diet for which you can give seasonal fruits like papaya, watermelon and seasonal vegetables will also help you can give Daliya , oatsmeal also to your child which is rich in fibres and nutrients too.
giving excess of milk may also cause constipation, so you should limit its quantity.also avoid banana.lactulose or polyethylene glycol is of good help, sorbilene is also an option but youcun should give any medicine or suppository only when prescribed by your pediatrician.. medication is the secondary option.diet modification is the key.plenty of liquids are of great help too.
