Good morning doctor! my babe is suffering from cold from past 9days . doctor prescribed Levocet and nasal drops for 4days. Today is the 4thday But I didn't find any difference ,still she is suffering from cold. shall I need to consult doctor ?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Cold is a viral illness and symptoms could be sneezing, running nose, cough sore throat, nasal congestion and fever.
Treatment consists of antihistamines antipyretics analgefdsics and decongestants .
steam inhalation would be beneficial .
Medicines like sinarest/wikoryl / Alex cold can be given in a proper dose according to the weight for 3-5 days as per the symptoms .
