A. dear Mum, eat mindfully for weight loss. reduce your calorie and fat intake especially from high fat, sugar and salt containing food and beverages, processed packaged foods. have good intake of fibre and low fat protein sources don't skip breakfast and have good water intake at least 45 to 60 minutes of exercise daily.
