good morning doctor it is been 4 days small white bumps on my baby boy knee..elbows thighs ..can u pls suggest me wt to do..is it skin infection or any summer pimples.

It is ideal that you atleast post a picture so that we can diagnose something.
It could be a fungal infection or even a skin disorder.
