my boy is 2 year 8 month old I found 4 to 5 small white bumps on knee after 3 days they come on elbows knees legs ..can u plzz suggest me wt I have to do ..here lock is going on. I'm sharing picture...I found on first day on bumps..

A. can be skin infections so for as per what has been mentioned it seems that for this need to take a proper examination and consult in case of further queries to the doctor for this for further advise
