Good morning doctor I'm sheershika how many days should it take recovery after effecting with dengue..my kid effected with dengue and he is done with treament and become normal now but afraid of his health what type of food should be give. and to protect him in dehydrating againhe is 3 years old

Weekness will take time to recover.
Give healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups like seasonal fruits and vegetables, dairy products like paneer curd cheese, chicken fish egg, dry fruits, pulses, cereals, soup, fresh fruit, etc... Give adequate water and other fluids like coconut water, buttermilk, fresh fruit juice, nimboo pani, soup etc to keep ur baby hydrated
