Good morning doctor.. I have 3 years 10 months old son.. he has 11.5 kg only.. some times he breathing speedly.. but he has energetic and active ..

Breathing varies as per the physical activity as well, so the more fast and sternious activity he does the obvious breathing would be high, but if you feel unusal as such or in rest his breathing is fast as such, better get him examined once
