Good morning doc. mera baby boy 2 year 3 month k. hia or kch dino se uski potty me kch issues dikh rhe hai kbhi wo hard potty krta hai or kbhi hard ke sath halka watery .plz suggest is this some prblm ?

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associghated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could jbe bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment
