Good morning doc Every morning she complains of stomach ache which gets subdued as the day progresses. What can I do to help her in this? Thanks

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Stomach pain in children is a common complaint seen frequently.
There could be many reasons for this .it can be functional or due to some pathology which needs to be ruled out.
Comgumon causes are constipation gaseous discomfort worm infestation gastritis gastroenteritis or some chronic infection .
Styp cyclopam 5 ml can be given sos for stomach pain and consult your doctor for proper examintation to rule out the cause .

mostly it happens because of nutritional deficiencies , stress or anxiety, indigestion or lack of sleep too
so please check all these
give Natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc more
keep your child well hydrated
don't force feed or overfeed your child
