Good Evening! while changing diaper of my baby boy( 22 days old) there was some light reddish blood like stain on the diaper. what could be possible reason for this. is it normal or do I need to go urine examination?

A. There could be blood into the urine or motion of a child which is why this is little red you should get a check with your paediatrician ones they will be able to actually help you properly on the issue
