good evening sir, my son is 10 months old and his all 6 teeth are erupted (lower jaw-2teeth and upper jar-4 teeth) is there problem? whether it's too early? please suggest

ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist3 years agoA. Hi no it's okay.. Babies can get their first milk teeth anytime from 6 months upto the age of 18 months and complete set of 20 milk teeth erupts by the age of 3 years
