Good evening sir... my baby has entered to 5 month.. on 14 June..can I give him apple puree... once a day... or can I feed him cerelac... what is best for his health

A. You will have to wait until his 6th month to feed him semi solids. Until then it will only be mothers milk.Only by the 6th month the baby will be able to digest mashed foods.
