Q.

Good evening My baby is 18 months now .I was healthy before my pregnancy. But after delivery till now I do not feel I am healthy. I have so many health issues related to my weight gain and all.i am not able to enjoy my motherhood. I always feel tired and lethargic. I am not at all feeling good .I am not taking care of my child .it's always my parents taking care of my child. Why is it like this. Why I am always feeling less engery.

A. you need to take proper nutritious diet after delivery as you need very much energy to handle the kids as well as other home works . you can start protein powder which will help boost up your energy

A. Hello dear parent! You might need supplements. Consult your doctor for a personal evaluation and advice. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated. Try yoga and meditation for better physical and mental health. Good luck and take care
