Which food healthy for before pregnancy sir

A. hi during or before or post pregnancy it is important tp have good protiens in diet like dals, eggs, chicken, paneer , soya, tofu, curds variety of vegetables and fresh fruits

A. Hi, any food which is home-made and fresh. Include different type of veggies, pulses, fruits in your diet. Maintain a proper food timing and sleeping timing and do yoga or walking. Your workout should be very light. Do not do heavy workout.Do slow walking to keep yourself fit. Take adequate liquid and keep yourself hydrated.
