Good evening my baby 4year old he was getting mouth pain inside the teeth what to do which medicine is good or tell me home remedy

Without knowing what is the reason behind the pain nothing can be suggested so currently if there is much of pain you can give paracetamol painkiller which has been suggested by the doctor and tomorrow you have to consult your dentist to know exactly what’s the reason and treatment for the same
