my daughter is 3 and half year old she had mouth infection like small pores inside the mouth ,can u plz suggest me what to do? or any kind of medicine?

A. Maam if it is inside the mouth you should check with your doctor maybe it is this mouth answer sometimes it could be associated with infection as you mentioned but without a physical assessment medicines and ointment cannot be suggested so please check with your doctor
