Good evening mam I'm mother of twins ad Im feeling too tried, and I'm getting to much hairfall now a days,anger, foot pain, not enable to control Angerness what is solution for dis plz help me out

A. all these things are quite common after delivery because of many factors Most of the time there will be loss of hair after delivery because of hormonal imbalance which may continue for one year also you have to take that rich in protein all types of fruits and vegetables for source of vitamins and minerals

A. good evening make sure that you take an amount of rest and do the things which you like to do try to do yoga everyday in the morning this will help to relax you to a certain extent so that you are not overworked
