Good evening, I have full body itching and I can't even sleep at night. And I am 38 weeks pregnant. And even lower abdominal pain. Pain comes and goes . Thank you .

While these can cause some abdominal discomfort, they shouldn't cause excessive amounts of pain. Abdominal pain that's more severe and concerning can be caused by: urinary tract infection (UTI)
