Good Evening Dr. We have traveled from Calcutta to Mumbai and my twins have become very cranky. They were not like this at Calcutta. My boy and my girl isgetting their upper tooth. My boy does this grrr sound not everyday Pleaae suggest

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. many times change of area as well as environment can cause irritability in children. if the child is crying excessively you can give one dosage of paracetamol but if it is not improving then meet your doctor

Hello ma’am Both the city’s have a really different weather surrounding ambience and everything which is why maybe this is happening and also since you said that your child is having teeth which is why this is happening so start giving calcareous PHOS6 tablet three times a day with a gap of six hours apart from that also start applying honey onto your child’s comes it will help in settling down the irritation and itchiness
