Q.

good evening dr. kl raat parisha ko 102 fever tha phir pcm di to utr gya subh 100 tha...phir child specialist ko chk kraya unse medicine le k aaye us k bdh jb fever chk kr re hai to 99.6 means 99 range main aa rha hai but the problem is uska head hand or feet bhut grm hai baki body normal hai????

A. you should always check it with thermometer if it records aboveut 99 then it is considered as fever otherwise it is not fever it is normal in children to have slightly shorter head and extremities

A. It’s fine In general also the entire body temperature is not same all the time sometimes someplace is warm and some is called but if your child is temperature has got down 99° fahrenheit then don’t worry about it there is no need of giving any medicine and just monitor your child well every six hours if there is any fever or if the temperature rises then immediately give medicine to the baby
