Q.

Good evening doctor, my 1 year 3 months baby, she have rashes in her urinari area from napkin wearing problem, any lotion for this doctor

A. for perianal/perigenital rash if it is less then you can go for simple coconut oil as well as any rash cream which is available for diaper (rashfree / ezinapi / b4napi / zincal) but if it is not not improving then at night time you can add t bact cream in the perianal area which will help in decreasing the rash. to prevent the diaper rash in the future kindly apply coconut oil before making the child wear the diaper

A. hi dear mom...use Babyhug pant style diaper..change diaper frequently within three to four hours or when soiled which ever is earlier. give some diaper free time to baby. use mamaearth diaper rash cream
