Good day sir,my son vomits frequently..He is 3 years old now,he does not eat of his own,we feed him everytime by smashing food,he can't able to chew and swallow any type of dry food.could you please suggest .

See you first have to stop mashing the food to give to the child you actually just encouraging your child to eat this way only because you’re fulfilling that unwanted demand of the child so you have to teach a child to chew the food and that is how the child is going to learn if you keep serving how your child likes to eat then things are not going to work favourite and it’s an awful habit that your child has in this age so please teach your child to eat properly then only the growth of your child is going to be good
