Good Day, My boy is 11months old and his present weight is around 9kg. I would like to ask about the food habits, milk related and how to gain a weight ? could you please help on this.

A. As of now the wait seems okay if you make it by 10 KG by completing the age of 12 months then that is going to be much more appropriate according to the age of the child and yes Milk does play a very important role in healthy growth of the child and overall gain is very important because it is somewhere associated with the richer calcium so it’s important that your child should be having milk at least 3 to 4 times in a day at this age and further alsoWrite Your Answer Here
