Q.

#asktheexpert my daughter age 15months is not showing any interest in food and hardly eats anything through out the day. she takes milk 3 times a day around 150 ml each time. what can I try to improve her eating habits. does milk intake has anything to do with her appetite? she started taking cow's milk when she turned 11months. and this drop happened after that.

A. It's common for toddlers to eat very small amounts, be fussy or not eat at all. Give toddlers healthy food, and let them decide how much food to eat. Keep offering new foods. ... Serve your child the same foods as the rest of the family. ... Offer new foods with foods that your child already knows and likes.
