good afternoon sir. meri beti 7 year 6 months old. porso ratko fever huwa. kal din me fever nehi tha. lekin din me pet dard bol rahi thi,aur vomiting tendency tha. do bar kiya. aj ratko fir fever huwa. aur morning se 4/5 times potty kiya (loose) . usko pata v nehi aur pant pe potty nikal raha he. pet dard bis bis me bol rahi he. please suggest...

A. Hello, your baby girl is 7.5 years old and she is having a fever and pain in her tummy so vomitng too so mostly she may be having a typhoid infection
