Good afternoon sir I am a breastfeeding mother today morning I checked my sugar level. During fasting it was 113 sir and after the meal it was 172 sir. Is this normal or need to consult doctor sir. Whether it will affect my babies sir?

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and yes your fasting sugar level is fine but after meal should be near 130-140. Better to evaluate once with your doctor and also it will not effect your baby. Take care
