good afternoon, my 2 year old getting cold and cough whenever we go outside and getting exposure to dust.I am worried that is he showing any kind of asthmatic symptoms?

A. it is advisable not to make a diagnosis of your own and meet your doctor who will tell you whether it is simple allergy or it is a case of asthma and yes prevent dust
