Oh well this is a very common problem so she can go ahead with taking Iron and omega-3 supplements for six months along with that I would recommend her to make an onion coconut oil which you can easily make by following a recipe on YouTube three times in a week at least she should apply and shift to chemical and sulphate free shampoo
