Good afternoon mam my son is 19 month old, from today he is not having temp on head but body is hot, eye are like he is having cold, but he is not eating pls suggest

A. So give more of liquids to the child maybe it’s just due to discomfort that your child is having damage by your child may be refusing to eat anything that you offer try to give more of liquid as it is comfortable for kids to consume without much of an effort
