good afternoon mam meri delivery 78 days pehle hui hai 20oct 2020( c section) muje delivery bad 25 days koh bleeding hua n is month muje periods Nahi Aaye so what I have to do ?

It’s all normal and common due to hormone changes
No need to worry
Maintain hydration
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food
Maintain hygiene
Take a good care
Consult with your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment
Do some light exercise yoga regularly
