Good afternoon mam i am so eating a food and vegetables and I am not healthy so plz tell me what I eat to get a healthy

A. m 7 Chapati and 1 katori salad kha leti hu 1 time and ye hi mera routine h night m bhi 7 Chapati khaleti or 1 glass milk bhi le leti or fruit vagera bhi khati hu

A. taking a balance diet is very important 8 to 10 glasses of water on a daily basis are required apart from this was most important is intake of fibre so when you take food whatever dal or vegetable you prepare along with 2 chapatis make it a point that 1 katori of salad is consumed by you seasonal fruits are the best to go ahead with for fibre avoid fried food if possible restrict the use of refined oil and refined flour instead use mustard oil or desi ghee
