good afternoon ma'am my daughter is 11 years old during her period she is suffering so much pain for 3 to 4 days. what could do for this?

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 3 years agoA. If this is the starting of her period yes, she may feel more of pain. You can give her painkiller like paracetamol which will be effective for her To relieve the pain, and also you can give warm water bag.
