Q.

Good afternoon doctor, my baby is 1 year 6 months old. She has 102 temperature and cold from yesterday morning. Giving her P-250 every 6 hrs and maxtra daily twice. Temperature was under control till yesterday evening between 99-100. But from today morning it rose again. Thinking that as paracetamol only reduces temperature and an antibiotic would clear infection, what dose of azithral 100 should I give her?

A. good afternoon it is not advisable to use antibiotics on your own I would recommend that you should try to visit your doctor for a proper clinical examination to see why the child is having fever again and again
