ideally by five years the weight should be anywhere between 16-18 kgs.
Give all that you cook for ur family.
Add some of the weight gaining food like egg ghee dry fruits,dairy products like paneer curd cheese,banana shake potatoes rice avocado ragi chicken etc in ur kids diet for weight gain
