A. no, it's not true give all family food.. Offer a variety of tastes and texture so that baby gets used to it all. No biscuits and other packaged and processed foods. They are just loaded with sugar and not healthy. Work around the baby's schedule based on family meal time. Babies need good fats like ghee, unsalted butter, coconut, etc. Normal cooking oil whichever the family uses can also be used. Give all seasonal fruits and vegetables.

A. Hello dear parent! It is just a myth. For increasing blood cells try giving iron rich foods. Give your child a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated all through the day. If you are still concerned better consult your doctor for further advice. Good luck and take care.
