A. Whenever introducing semi solid food in baby's diet, start slow with 4-6 spoons per serving and twice a day. You can feed lentil puree, mashed banana, apple, pear and carrot puree, ragi and sooji porridge, mixed vegetable soup, home made cerelac, etc. Start with one food at a time for atleast 3 days to observe any allergies.
