From Yesterday Night my 2 years old boy having 99.2 fever from last night, why this happen doesn't know but he is totally active. But now 3 am he is 101.4 fever, I gave him paracetamol 250 mg. Please suggest what to do🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

A. hi. modt of tge fever are viral in origin. you can give her syp paracetomol fotlr it.and offer lots of fkuids if no imprivement do consult ur doctor. ok
