from which month we start cow milk to our 8 month old baby? when we start to introduce a food to baby which made for adult? how many time give formula milk to 8 th month plus baby

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 12 yr 4 m old boy2 weeks agoA. Hey! As per WHO guidelines it is recommended to wait until the baby completes 12 months to introduce cows milk. You can offer adult foods that is a family means once the baby is comfortable with the solid you giving. Keep changing the menu as per the season. You can spread the formula feed for 3 to 4 times in a day.
