From when can i give water to my 5months completed baby boy

You are not supposed to give anything except breast milk or formula milk until the baby completes 6 months or 180 days of age.
So not even water until then

It’s Five months complete it so you basically have to start after six months complete so you have one more month after one month you can introduce water to the child you can introduce proper semisolid food to the child as well because that’s the right way is to introduce everything
