from today morning my 14yr son had stomach pain and vomiting....in this month's he telling stomach pain in some days..but today vomiting also there...what will be the reason...

A lot of it could be associated with stomach infection food poisoning because right now the weather is shifting and if you eat anything from roadside or junk food any from random store that can also lead to these problems is better to check with your doctor once
