From past few days i am feeling very weak and feels like fainting also. 2 days before i had vomiting and head swing very badly. What to do?

A. Hello mom could be possible be due to stomach issues .. and that is causing .. make sure you consume some liquids to keep your self hydrated , have some lemon water or fresh fruit juice or coconut water, have some vegetable soups , have milk flavoured foods and water
