From past 6days my baby has cold and cough.. Now cold and cough reduced, only few times he is coughing.. But I can hear gur, gur sounds from his throat. What should be done to remove the phelgm?

A. if a child is having cough and cold you can give syrup ascoril flu 5ml 3 times in a day along with steam generation which would be very helpful for the child
