From my 2 year old daughter water is coming.. and her body is also heat.. what to do

A. Maybe your child is having fever but why water is coming that is not clear to me it would be advisable for you to have an assessment with your paediatrician on this and whatever is required further the doctor would be able to give you appropriate help and response on that
