from last night skin rash seen and spread on cheek and neck,few dots on stomach and back also , no any new food intake.what is this and how to treat it .how many days it take to vanish

Could be mosquito bite for your child may have rub the skin really hard that is why this may be happening currently I would recommend you to apply coconut oil or calamine lotion which is what is going to be beneficial as of now and it will be much helpful
