From last 2 weeks my son frequently complaining leg pains in the evening. also he is getting frequently cold and cough and now little fever with 99.1 temp Even though after we follow hygiene environment. Please help us to know the reason for this frequent health issues.

This is basically called growth pain which is very commonly seen with kids in the growing age it can start happening from the age of 3 to 4 years any time so you can regularly massage the legs of your child apart from that also recommended to start giving vitamin D3 and calcium supplement for the time being
