you should have a proper sitting posture as well as sleeping posture which will help in decreasing the pain.
for simple pain you can take paracetamol as well as you can take pdhysiotherapy.
meet your doctor if it is not improving.
advisable to take seasonal fruits and vegetables.

it happens because of deficiency of calcium
so ,I advise to take Healthy and nutritious diet, especially ,nuts ,dry fruits, fruits ,milk and milk based products etc.
don't sit or stand for long period.
take support while sitting and place pillow between your legs while sleeping.
it will give relief in pain.
you may try heating pad to get relief in back pain .
avoid drinking RO water
take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day
