Q.
For the past one week my boy couldn't sleep ay nyt properly and he asks for milk every half an hour to one hour... Even in daytime o couldn't stop breastfeeding bcoz he sleeps only if he is breastfed...its been 1 and a half year and i wpuld lyk to stop breastfeeding... Thought it would reduce eventually but as he gets older and older, he becomes very stubborn on breastfeeding.. What should i do?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. regarding sleep pattern in children above one year of age you have to just make a proper discipline for the child so that gradually the child will develop a proper schedule and avoid too much of screen time and other activities at least one hour before sleep also make the room environment and temperaturehu favourable for the child to sleep.
toddlers may have nigght terrors and nightmares which needs to be managed accordingly.
